Management Magic
Looking for a timer?  There are lots of timers on the market including ones that sit on overheads that are visual timers.  I prefer one that is magnetic so I can keep it on the whiteboard.  I've gone through a few over the years but my favorites have been "Bob" (Sunbeam digital timer) and "Ted" (Mini Polder Timer).

Uncommon Uses for Common Things
You can find sheet protectors at a variety of stores including dollar stores.  A word of caution, make sure that they are smooth, not textured.  The textured sheet protectors don't clean as nicely.

Book of the Week
